Aishah is a People Leader and Talent Curator with more than 30 years’ experience and expertise in driving people strategies, organisational development, and work culture transformation for established PLCs and GLCs across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Facilities & Engineering Services, Energy and Technology Consulting. She started her career as a consultant in Accenture and later went to taking on senior roles in HR, that is, Maybank, Bursa Malaysia and others. With this background, she has developed skills as a results-driven leader with strong business acumen, astute strategic visions and deep expertise in local laws, industry regulations and diverse business cultures. She has also served as an advisor to C-level stakeholders, board of directors and business leaders on various people management strategies. Her areas of expertise include Change Management, Talent & Succession Management, Total Remuneration, Merger & Acquisition and Governance. Aishah has qualified as a Chartered Fellow of CIPD (UK) and Senior Chartered Professional of SHRM (USA). Following her corporate stint, she has contributed to academia and not-for-profit institutions such as Industry Advisor, Asia Pacific University; Industry Advisor, International University of Malaya-Wales; Chair, Women in Business, Malaysia Australia Business Council and Associate Program Director, Common Purpose Asia Pacific.
