MS ANJALI MENON

Anjali is a seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of experience across multiple sectors and geographies, with proven expertise in leading transformations, talent management, employee relations, organisation design and development, employee engagement and communication, diversity & inclusion, rewards, and HR business partners. She is currently the Asia Pacific Human Resources Director and Global HR Business Partner for Strategic Corporate Functions for Sibelco, a 150-year-old minerals company. She is leading the implementation of the people strategy, policies, and practices for the region to support long-term business needs. Prior to that, she was HR Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (FrieslandCampina) for Malaysia wherein among other initiatives she led the people transition for Supply chain and Commercial function. Till December 2021, Anjali was the Regional Head of Talent Centre of Competence, for Nestlé in Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa Region, wherein she was leading a multicultural, semi-virtual team delivering talent management, leadership, organisation development, diversity & inclusion, and learning and capability building solutions. Since 2006, Anjali has held various positions in Nestlé, including Corporate People Development and Employee Communications Lead for South Asia, and Change, Organisation Design and Communications Lead for Indochina between 2013–2018. Anjali started her professional career as Management Trainee in IT Services and Consulting firm, Infosys Technologies Ltd. in India in 2005.
