…… We are glad to inform that, Tesa Wang has been with PROTON as our in-house Training Consultant as well as approved trainer since 2010. She is currently attached with PM Resources as a Consultant.
Tesa has ascertained PROTON’s needs and designed a customised 5 days training for our overseas project team. Her training encompassed Chinese Cross-cultural and Mandarin Language training specially customised to build up readiness level of our employees for global mobilization.
Tesa has an excellent personality for training. She is able to create a comfortable environment while maintaining full participation at all times. She demonstrated time and time again that she can work well with different levels of participants. She is skilled, not only in a classroom environment, as well coaching and help participants.
Tesa consistently showed an eagerness to take on any task handed to her and redeveloped and revise the modules to fit our internal customer’s need.
