… I would like to take this opportunity to offer a recommendation for the Mandarin Chinese programmes provided by Ms. Tesa Wang from PM Resources Sdn Bhd. Ms. Wang is the facilitator who conducted various banking related Mandarin Programmes, customised to our needs. In our opinion, Ms. Wang is humble and unassuming in dealing with participants who may at odds when trying to grasp a language that is new to them. She is able to interact freely with the participants and making the sessions interesting and fun. In addition, she is also able to relate the training to the context of the participants’ business and day-to-day operations. We found that her training programme has been very useful to our employees as it provides practical tips that the participants need to communicate with their Chinese counterparts. We would recommend her services to other companies who wish to embark on such training programmes.
