in French and Italian cuisines under the expert guidance of his esteemed Chef dad while
also honing his skills in Southeast Asian, Korean and Japanese cuisines since the age of 9.
With an impressive track record spanning over 12 years in the industry, Chef Nik Michael Imran seamlessly transitioned from a finalist on MasterChef Malaysia to being hands-on, operating his restaurant and offering strategic consultations for both the F&B and FMCG sectors. Throughout his TV career, he has gone on to do over 20 seasons of TV shows in Malaysia (Astro, Media Prima and RTM) and around Asia Pacific (Asian Food Channel). This experience has led him to participate in numerous cooking demonstrations and culinary competitions as a demonstrator and adjudicator.
