With over 22 years of human resource industry experience across manufacturing, infrastructure construction, and healthcare, Dr Loo currently serves as the Head of People at Infinity Logistics and Transport (Group), overseeing the organisation’s people agenda. His responsibilities encompass crafting people and culture strategies, executing group-wide human resource initiatives, and leveraging expertise in talent acquisition, competency analysis, human resource finance, organisational development, employee engagement, and process enhancement. Dr. Loo’s leadership led to accolades such as Top 100 Asia’s Best Employer Brands 2019 and Employee Experience Awards 2021 for Best Onboarding Experience. He is been featured in prominent human resource publications, conducted speaking engagements, contributed to magazines, and delivered lectures at educational institutions. Recognised as a top human resource leader, he holds numerous awards including 501 Most Fabulous Global Human Resource Leaders, 40 Most Influential Human Resource Leaders Across Southeast Asia 2022, and Top Most Human Resource Leaders Malaysia 2023. Alongside his practical achievements, Dr. Loo is a respected academic researcher with interests in organisational design, human resource management, ethics, and workplace behaviour, having published extensively in international journals. His academic journey culminated in a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Malaya, specialising in strategic human resource, organisational culture, and firm performance.
