Mallory is currently the co-founder of Work Inspires, a people engagement and development company that works with many companies locally and abroad. This allowed Work Inspires to win the Best Instructional Design Award (2024), Best Management Training Consultancy (2023) and Employee Engagement Consultancy (2022-2024) by HR Vendor Awards. Work Inspires also won SME100 Fastest Growing SME in 2023. Mallory was also recognised as Malaysia’s Most Talented Coach, in 2019 by the World HRD Congress. Top 100 LinkedIn Icons to follow in Malaysia by Marketing in Asia, 2020. Mallory was also a 4 times TEDx Speaker and has spoken on platforms like The Economist Impact and HR Tech in Festival in Singapore. She is also a board member of the ASEAN Human Development Organisation, TalentCorp TF50 and continues to mentor startups and those seeking career growth.
